By accessing or using Flowdock AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Flowdock AI is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. You represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

The following integrations are optional. You can use Flowdock AI without connecting any external accounts.
If you choose to connect your business email account, you authorize us to access and process emails related to business transactions. You represent that you have the right to grant this access and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
If you choose to connect your business bank account, you authorize us to access your transaction data and account balances through our banking partner Enable Banking. This integration provides read-only access; we cannot make payments or transactions on your behalf. You acknowledge that bank connections are subject to the terms and conditions of Enable Banking and your financial institution.
If you choose to connect your business Stripe account, you authorize us to access your revenue and transaction data for analytics and reporting purposes. You acknowledge that this integration is subject to Stripe's terms of service.
The Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Flowdock AI offers both free and paid plans. The following terms apply only if you subscribe to a paid plan.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Flowdock AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. If Your Content includes personal data of third parties (such as employment contracts), you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to process and upload such data.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to process and analyze your data. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

You may delete your organization and all associated data at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Finland.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
